Long before “nu jazz” came and went in the late 1990’s, RinneRadio (established in 1988) were busy exploring the three-way interface between improvised music, electronic beats and ambient soundscapes. The band created identifiable trademark sound where the drum’n’bass and techno rhythms with dark dub, lush ambient soundscapes and timeless saxophone and clarinet textures typically form the foundation.
RinneRadio have a distinct tonal approach to the music it creates, it’s hypnotic and trance inducing washes of sound meeting Nordic coolness in exciting and unprecedented ways.

DJ, record collector and all-round music lover Jussi Uusitalo a.k.a. Newhouse is well known as a purveyor of some of the finest house, techno and soulful dance sounds to be heard in Finland.
DJ JUHO MIETO
Is a DJ working in the shadows of Turku underground scene. While writing bios in 3rd person may not be his strong suit, mixing deep athmospheres with driving grooves certainly is. A committed vinyl collector, he digs deep to find special gems that can touch you deeply on the dancefloor. For this special event supporting Rinneradio, Juho will explore deep, dubby and minimal side of house music.
VJ HANNU HUHTAMO
Hannu Huhtamo is an artist focused on light art and live visualisations. Huhtamo's work explores how light bends to represent different kinds of organic forms. Imaginary deep-sea creatures, minimalist animal figures and flowers from another reality are created using light painting technique.
VJ TURU SANOMA
The people who have observed closely the Finnish techno culture and the birth of the visual scene are supposed to respect the role of the city of Turku and X-Rust in that piece of near history. Some of those people also might know that one of the original supporters, avant-gardists of the scene-soon-to-be-born and “skweee vj´s” was the legendary VJ Turu Sanoma – a true dreamer and visionary, who was often seen making mayhem at events ca 15 years ago. He will come and spread the colours upon the music
