For one extraordinary evening Yamashiro’s timeless elegance and bold flavors will come to Miami offering guests a chance to indulge in an extravagant 5-course culinary journey to ring in the New Year.

The evening’s indulgent menu includes:

• Charred Sweet Corn & Dashi Custard Amuse-Bouche with smoked truffle butter and chives
• Cucumber Seaweed Salad with yuzu vinaigrette and sesame
• A Small Plate Trio featuring Smoked Hamachi Tartare Oshizushi Seared Wagyu & Foie Gras and Lobster Cigars filled with lobster and potato served with garlic shallots and shiso butter
• Entrée options of Wagyu NY Strip with Truffle-Yuzu Butter & Caviar accompanied by Charred Asparagus and Garlic Miso or Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Black Truffle Beurre Blanc paired with Shiitake Rice Cake and Pickled Ginger (or a veggie substitute of Eggplant)
