Ring In New Year's Eve at The Butcher's Table

Join us on New Year’s Eve for a celebratory dinner to ring in 2026! Four courses carefully crafted by Chef Morgan Mueller for an unforgettable final meal of the year. Make a reservation for dinner from 4 pm to 10 pm.

Menu Highlights (Subject to Change)

• First Course: Fried Pacific Oyster & American Wagyu Carpaccio or Alaskan King Crab “Salad” with herbs, Beecher’s Mac & Cheese croquette.
• Second Course: Chicory Caesar or Winter Citrus & Fennel Salad.
• Third Course: Smoked Salmon Lobster Bisque or Watershed Ranches 8oz Filet Mignon, or 10oz New York Strip.
• Sides Per Table: Roasted Broccoli, Potato Gratin with Beecher’s Flagship cheese
• Dessert: Carrot Cake or Chocolate Mousse.
• Optional supplements: Japanese A5 NY, Ultra Mishima Reserve Steaks, or Scallops.

$185++ per person (food only). Ticket price does not include tax or gratuity. Reservations will use a $1 placeholder ticket; guests will be charged the full amount — including beverages, supplements, and added items — on the evening of the reservation. Wine and non-alcoholic pairings available for additional cost.

Need to Know: Tickets are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline of December 30th at 4:00 pm, 24 hours before the event. No-call/no-show reservations will be charged $75 per person. With limited parking available in the area, we do recommend ride-shares when attending.
