Warehouse 72, Irvine’s new chef-driven modern American eatery at Hyatt Regency Irvine, is toasting to 2025 with a special prix-fixe menu! Open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the bar open until midnight, Warehouse 72 will offer a 4-course prix-fixe for $99 per person, alongside the regular menu, to close out 2024 in style.

The menu includes the following:

First Course Options:

• Prosciutto and Fig Tartine
• Charred Octopus

Second Course Options:

• Lobster Bisque
• Winter Baby Kale Salad

Entrée Options:

• Short Rib Pappardelle

• Peppermint Bark Cheesecake
• Pecan Squares
