This year the Friends of the Netherlands and the Seattle-Surabay Sister City Association are collaborating to bring you an authentic Rijsttafel experience. We are happy to welcome the Dahlia Dancers and Ambon Manise group for the evening's music and dance entertainment.(we'll make sure there's enough peanut sauce)
The rijsttafel dishes will be prepared by Mauricio Sánchez catering and members of the SSSCA and will include:
Nasi Putih, Mihoen Goreng, Daging Smoor, Babi Ketjap, Pergedel, Sate, GadoGado, Udang Goreng, plus all the authentic condiments.
