18:30 - 01:00 | 400m indoor track at Drifta Halle

Fast heats, wild relays, good food, loud music, and late-night fun.

💥 The Race (for those who want to compete)

Runners start in heats of up to 25.

You’ll take on 8 loops of 400m.

Survive to the end and you could earn a place in the Grand Final Showdown — the ultimate sprint under the lights.

Not here to go all-out? No problem — plenty of people jog, cheer, or join a relay instead.

👟 Team Relay Throwdown

Grab your friends (2–4 per team), split 16 loops however you like, and go all in on speed, strategy, and laughs.

It’s the most fun you’ll ever have with your running shoes on.
