Join us for the second year of our Winter Yoga Series with Kristy from The Elevated Life!We welcome all levels for this gentle Winter practice.
We will meet at 6pm at Ridley Park Borough Hall on Tuesdays from January 27 through/including February 24. Each class is $10, payable directly to the teacher.
Winter asks us to slow down—but not to stop. As the days grow darker, this is your invitation to turn inward, care for your body, and protect your energy. Join us on Tuesday nights - we are offering warmth, movement, and community. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!*
*Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
