Riding Atlas is a multi-album, nationally performing, alternative rock powerhouse. Originally based out of the Quad Cities and now located in Ames, IA, the trio, consisting of brothers Nick and Joe, and their friend Sam, have performed at numerous festivals and clubs around the country.The band signed with Messano Records in 2016 and recorded their debut album, Mountains, in Nashville, TN in 2018. Mountains was met with great acclaim from critics and fans alike, and the lead track, “Back to The Mountain,” was featured on popular Quad Cities radio station 97X’s anniversary album that same year.
In 2019 the Riding Atlas was recognized at the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame performing at that year’s induction ceremony. The band recorded their most recent EP State in 2020 and are currently out promoting it across the US as they’re able, while also attending Iowa State University where they have been working on writing and recording for their next album.
Display Case came together in a basement in suburban Des Moines, Iowa, releasing their first album, "Make Your Mark” in 2012, and completing their first two national tours in 2013 & 2014. Released in 2015, “Talking to Pictures”, features their own unique musical style influenced by pop-punk, hardcore and rock with thoughtful lyrics throughout. "Talking to Pictures" lead the band on 2 national tours throughout 2015 and 2016. The band's 2017 release, "New to Me" brings an innovative yet familiar sound for the band with heavy guitar and catchy rhythms. "Breathe" the bands latest release is currently being promoted around the country brining a new hard rock, sound to the group. This band is not to be missed live, as their high energy performance will have you on your feet for the duration. Drummer Joey pounds out a grunge influenced beat with Dylan on bass and Carter sharing his gift on lead guitar. Lead vocalist, Jordan, gives his all relentlessly night after night.
