Ridgeview MasterclassTo celebrate 'English Wine Week' we are starting our Cocktail Masterclasses here at Tapestry with this classic local producer.
Ridgeview, based in the heart of the Sussex Downs, has been producing world-class English sparkling since 1995 and focus on quality and sustainability from grass to grape. Part of our local community, Ridgeview has been a well loved brand by customers at all our venues, and we would love to share their wines with you.
During this Masterclass you will get to learn a little about Ridgeview and their methods, range and passions from winemaker Jack Mankin. You will get to try three of their English Sparkling, one of them with a summer twist. You will also get to try a tasting plate of our amazing small plates menus to accompany your drinks.
