This rider alignment workshop gives you as a rider time out to focus just on yourself!
Please note this is a dismounted workshop - please DO NOT bring your horse :)
We explore rein contact, how your aids and balance are helping or hindering your horse, start to trouble shoot schooling and training challenges you may have had for a while that could be coming from how you sit in the saddle.
Small groups so you get the most benefit from expert coaching whilst also learning from observing each other.

Develop more awareness of your own body and movement patterns.
Where you have strengths and imbalances to work on for yourself which will improve your riding, your performance and ultimately benefit your horse 🙂
Take away your own notes and references and key focus elements to build into your day to day movement that will not only help you in the saddle but benefit you as an individual.

You will explore your on own balance and biomechanics, in this interactive and active session using equipment and live feedback and adjustment to get real feedback about yourself as a rider. You will gain feedback on what is affecting you and your horse and how this can be improved to improve both your own your horses health and way of going.
You will gain:
1. Understanding your own balance and posture
2. Where you have strengths and weaknesses
3. Guidance on how to develop in the right way as a rider
4. Tips on training for injury prevention

Steph from EquiVie is an Advanced Centre 10 Coach who uses a combination of expertise in horse and rider coaching with mindset and performance elements to support how riders think of themselves and how this translates into real improvements in the saddle whether you rider for pleasure, are building confidence or want to compete to win!
