ARRIVE EARLY. The ride rolls at 6:30 SHARP. The pace will vary, traffic lights may split up the group. Watch the red lights and debris like broken glass and potholes. The ride is swept (if you are new please ask for an escort).Everyone is welcome regardless of ability but please be aware Group 1 and 2 ride is intended for the fastest and most skilled riders. If you are not used to working in a pace line, riding closely with others and chasing down attacks, you will learn it here.
This ride is held year round, even in the dark and even in the cold. LIGHTS ARE REQUIRED! Please wear helmets and clothing appropriate for the temperature.
Look after one another and point out glass or other hazards to riders behind you AT ALL TIMES. If you have a mechanical, flat etc… Please yell "MECHANICAL" so someone can help you.
Everyone, ride safe and we'll see you for the post ride at Seidenfaden's for food and drink.
Return Route goes down Broadway, you may choose to turn right on Kentucky Street to avoid any traffic on Broadway. Take that to Vine Street and turn left, go two blocks and Seidenfaden's is on the left.
