Join 5 of the DAC’s certified cycling coaches on Saturday, February 25th. We will hold 20 minute cycling classes each led by a different coach offering separate themed playlists! (Full schedule will post by February 10th ?️ Following the rush and adrenaline chase of cycling we will host a Foam Rolling session by CPT Wendy Kernan!!!Refreshments will be provided between each class.
Open to members & non-members! This is a great opportunity to meet some of the coolest instructors in town while sampling the cycle glo-studio. Must reserve your bike for ALL classes you attend. 5 classes + 1 recovery class ❤️? Don’t wait-reserve now!!!
