Carlisle to Cramond beach (Edinburgh), overnight, 100.5 mile, cross-border, summer solstice bike ride, arriving for sunrise at 4.26am. FREE to enter. A wee social adventure on lovely quiet roads for cycling, with legendary chip shop stop in Moffat, the gentle climb of the Devil's Beef Tub (bagpiper at the top), and 'cyclorave' at the Crook Inn in Tweedsmuir (DJ Neil). Hot drinks and food served at the Cramond kirk hall at the end to raise money for Fresh Start homeless charity and we give out free Stewart Brewing beer at the seafront! 2024 will be the 9th year and we'd expect about 800-1000 riders.
