Ride to Nagarahole

Days: Friday - Sunday

Duration: 2 Nights 3 Days

Round trip distance: 650 Kms (approximately)

Early Bird Offer closes on November 16th 2024 or once all the slots are closed whichever happens earlier.

Day 1: Bengaluru - Kunigal - Nagamangala - Pandavapura - Hunsur - Nagarahole

• Report at Royaloak Furniture Tumkur Road @ 6:00 AM.
• Ride to Nagarahole have breakfast on the way.
• Reach place of stay by afternoon and have lunch.
• Day ends with dinner.

Day 2: Nagarahole

• Finish breakfast and ride to Jungle safari and some hidden gems in and around Nagarahole.
• Day ends with dinner.

Day 3: Nagarahole - Hunsur - Pandavapura - Nagamangala - Kunigal - Bengaluru

• Finish breakfast and ride back to Bengaluru.

Inclusions:

• Breakfast snacks & mineral water on all 3 days.
• Dinner on Days 1 & 2.
• Soft copy of the photos taken during the ride and soft copy of 'Live to Ride' certificate.
• AC Accommodation on triple / double sharing basis.
• Mechanic for bikes & backup vehicle to carry luggage.
• First-aid and puncture kits in case of an emergency.
• Bonfire for one night. (subject to weather)
• Usage of swimming pool with swimming costumes.

Exclusions:

• Fuel
• Lunch expenses
• Entry fee parking fee at attractions
• Bike repairs / Spares (if any)
• Room service bills Personal shopping
• Anything that is not mentioned in the inclusions

The following is MANDATORY for all riders and pillions (if any) for all rides at Highwaymen:

1. FULL FACE HELMETS.
2. Riding jackets or Jackets with Elbow Guards.
3. Riding pants or Jeans with Knee Guards.
4. Riding Shoes or Sports Shoes.
5. Rear view mirrors on your bikes.
6. Masks / Bandanas / Balaclavas.

Rules for amount transfer for multi day rides:

1. All riders are expected to confirm their participation for the ride by transferring the ride cost before date communicated in the payment information.
2. We would like you not to cancel your participation but in case you must then if the cancellation is done more than 15 days prior to the ride 50% of the amount will be refunded.
3. If cancellation is done less than 15 days and more than 7 days prior to the ride then 25% of the amount will be refunded.
4. If cancellation is done less than 7 days prior to the ride then NO amount will be refunded.
5. All registrations shall be first come first serve basis only.

Rules And Regulations:

1. Riders are recommended to come in proper riding gear preferably riding jackets gloves boots and helmet.
2. Please do not wear shorts for the ride.
3. Denims or Jeans is recommended.
4. Full Face Helmet is compulsory for both rider and pillion (if any).
5. No rider will be allowed to start the ride without any of the above.
6. Riders at Highwaymen need to adhere to all the road rules at any point of time.
7. Highwaymen are not responsible for any violation of rules by any of its participants and the consequences and/or fines should be borne by the concerned participants.
8. Adequate food and snacks will be provided throughout the ride cost of anything extra must be borne by the participants.
9. Alcoholic drinks are strictly not allowed on the rides.
10. Riders must ride in the pre-defined routes and not deviate from it for any reason.
11. In case of an emergency for any of the riders all the other riders are required to cooperate.
12. Highwaymen assume that all riders possess good riding skills and are not beginners.
13. A valid Driver’s license (DL) is a mandatory requirement for the riders.
14. Every rider is requested to carry all the documents related to the vehicle throughout the ride.

Dos and Don’ts:

1. Always ride in a group as we appreciate riders to ride in a group unless there is any emergency or nature's call.
2. Use HAND SIGNALLING to guide the rider behind you and also relay the signals which is given to you by the rider ahead of you.
3. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR MIRROR to check the rider behind you.
4. Carry all the documents including Driving License (DL) Registration Certificate (RC) Insurance etc.
5. Never race each other on the ride. It is a ride not a race.
6. Carry sufficient cash to meet any unforeseen eventualities.
7. Do not consume alcohol at least 48 hours before the ride.

Bike Check:

1. Make sure your bike is in good condition before you come for the ride.
2. A thorough service before the ride is recommended.
3. Make sure the tyres are properly inflated.
4. Make sure that the toolkit and first-aid kits are in place.
5. Carry all the bike related documents including DL RC Insurance etc.
6. Please make sure the fuel is filled completely before the commencement of the ride and NOT during the ride
