Join us for a powerful evening ride through downtown Hendersonville as part of Strive Not to Drive Week — a time to reflect, remember, and advocate for safer streets.
The Ride of Silence is an international event held in cities across the globe to:
- Honor cyclists who have been injured or killed in traffic collisions
- Promote the safe sharing of roads between motorists and cyclists
- Raise awareness about cyclists' legal right to the road
We’ll gather at 6:30 PM for a brief welcome and remembrance ceremony led by Bike Walk HVL and Blue Ridge Bicycle Club, explaining the event’s significance and honoring those we’ve lost. The ride will begin promptly at 7 PM.
