Ride of Honor 2024

This Ride has two goals. First, to honor veterans and to raise money for veteran initiatives. Half of the money raised is awarded to local veteran's non-profit groups who serve and provide services to veterans in our community. Second, is to raise money to send veteran's children and local children who have experienced loss of a love one to Camp Cocoon, a one-day camp that is for grieving children. Camp Cocoon Nash is held Ashlyn Stables in Nashville, NC. Both of these goals were reached with money raised at the 2023 Ride of Honor.

2024 Ride of HonorPre-Ride PartyFriday, November 8th. The Ride-In Friday evening at the NC Beer Factory located at 500 S Wesleyan Blvd Rocky Mount NC, 27803. Riders are encouraged to check in early and to enjoy food and live music.

Saturday,November 9th. The Ride of Honor Saturday November 9, 2024, at Flying Iron Harley Davidson located at 928 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. Breakfast availible , A Veterans ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Ride brief at 11:45 a.m. All Bikes must be in the parking lot by 11:30 a.m. Kickstands up at 12:00 p.m. and the ride begins.

Saturday, The After Burn. Once the ride is completed, riders will return to Flying Iron Harley Davidson to receive a free lunch with live music, a vendor fair and more. The public is invited to join and show gratitude to those who have served in the Armed Forces.
