Starting location: Turple Bros. Ltd., 175 Leva Avenue, Red Deer
- Registration: 7:30-9:30 am Kick Off: 9:30 am Sharp
- $40 pre-registration, $50 day of, or FREE with $100.00 collected in pledges.
Pancake breakfast provided at Turple Bros before we leave!
- Bring $10 cash for lunch at the stop.
Supper banquet is included in the ride fee.
There will also be a silent auction at the banquet with all proceeds going to Ride for Dad.
Proceeds raised at the Ride For Dad are used to fight prostate cancer by spreading the importance of early detection and supporting critical ground-breaking research.
Although we are a national organization with more than 25 events across Canada, what we do here benefits our very own communities.
It is estimated that about 1 in 8 Canadian men will develop prostate cancer during their lifetime and 1 in 29 will die from it.
If prostate cancer is detected early, the survival rate is extremely high. Detected late, it can be a different story. Early detection is critical in the fight against prostate cancer.
Together we can encourage men over 40 to monitor their prostate health, starting with a simple PSA blood test. Our goal is to save men's lives.
Thanks to riders like you, your generous donors, our many amazing local sponsors, and the hundreds of thousands of supporters across the country, the Ride For Dad has been
able to contribute more than 43 million dollars towards the fight against prostate cancer across Canada!
