Curious about what our RIDE classes are all about? Interested in checking them out but not quite sure what they entail? Just started working out or doing cardio and looking to ease your way into things? If you said YES to any of these questions then this is the class for YOU! Join us the first Sunday morning of each month at 8:15 AM for our RIDE Essentials class! This is a FREE class for those who want to learn more about our RIDE class. We will go over the following:
- What to bring + what to wear & why
- How to set up your bike for your body
- How to change resistance on the bike and set yourself up for success
- Learn the different types of choreography we will do in class
- Understand the class format
- Ask any additional questions that you have
- Get a bit of a workout in too!
