Ride and Roll Presents: Rolling Reindeers Academy

The Rolling Reindeers interactive musical theatre - bus tour was born from a simple idea: bring the magic of the holidays to life in a way that feels immersive, whimsical, and completely unforgettable show on wheels.

Guests will line up at the Main Entrance of Cielo Vista Mall, next to Palenque Grill where they will board a fully themed, London-style double-decker bus—transformed with sparkling lights, festive décor, cheerful music, and enjoy a show with a cast of lovable reindeer characters who guide guests through a 30 minute story-driven Christmas journey.

Each ride invites families and friends to step into a world where reindeer talk, holiday wishes come alive, and the spirit of Christmas rolls through the streets of El Paso.

Inside, guests will find: A cozy, decorated interior filled with lights, props, and surprises. Interactive characters who perform throughout the ride, Music, storytelling, and moments designed for unforgettable family photos.

Ride & Roll presenta… una experiencia navideña sin igual en El Paso.
El recorrido en autobús de los Renos Rodantes nació de una idea simple: revivir la magia de las fiestas de una manera envolvente, divertida e inolvidable.
Los visitantes se formarán en la entrada principal del Centro Comercial Cielo Vista, junto a Palenque Grill, donde abordarán un autobús de dos pisos totalmente temático al estilo londinense, transformado con luces brillantes, decoración festiva, música alegre y un elenco de adorables renos que guiarán a los visitantes a través de un viaje navideño de 30 minutos basado en historias.
Cada recorrido invita a familias y amigos a adentrarse en un mundo donde los renos hablan, los deseos navideños se hacen realidad y el espíritu navideño recorre las calles de El Paso.

2. Daily rides from 1:15 PM – 8:00 PM
3. Closed on Mondays
4. Rides depart throughout the day in scheduled intervals.
5. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to check in, find their seats, and meet the Reindeer Crew.---

• The entrance to ride is at the Cielo Vista Main Entranc, next to the Palenque Grill.
• Our London bus is cozy, but December evenings can be chilly—especially when the doors open for special effects and character moments.
• No food or drinks allowed
• To keep the bus clean, festive, and safe for all riders, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Bottled water is okay if needed.
• Don’t forget your Reindeer cap!
• Every rider is invited to join the herd.
