Join the RICS Ontario Chapter and CIArb for an insightful session on the role of surveyors in construction conflict.
About this Event

With complex construction and engineering projects, we find disputes becoming increasingly challenging to avoid and harder to resolve. This interactive session brings a panel of experts to explore how quantity surveyors can assist with preventing, managing and resolving disputes.

The session will delve into a QS’ skill set and how this compliments contributions to dispute avoidance and mitigation. The panel will also discuss the use of quantum experts, a QS’ suitability as adjudicator or arbitrator, and explore why quantity surveyors are less prevalent in Canada than in other jurisdictions.
