This October Hato Hone St John is on a mission to provide 3 Steps for Life training to as many people as they can throughout Aotearoa. This free training session is designed to give you the confidence to take action if someone suffers a cardiac arrest by calling 111, starting CPR and using an AED.Kylie, Hato Hone St John Community Educator will guide you through the 3 Steps for Life, then give you time to practice effective CPR and how to use an AED on a manikin.
