Richard Braithwaite is an accomplished saxophonist & composer and Queens, NY native who is active in the music scene in the NY Metro area. The Richard Braithwaite Quintet was formed in 2011 to fulfill a dream to play standard jazz repetoire and original my original compositions. His group has played in venues such as Jazz Vespers Services at Brooks Memorial UMC,St. Albans Congregationaland Presbyterian Church of St. Albans Churches, The Austin Street Fair, and Ascension Church of Forest Hill

Richard Braithwaite will have his full band including, Sharif Kales on Trumpet, Dennis Nelson on Piano, Lino Gomez on Basses, Larry Williams on Drums and Richard Braithwaite on Saxophone.
