A Sunday Session With Dr Richard Barnes

On Saturday 18 February 2023, Richard Barnes paddled his kayak 'Blue Moon' into Riverton/Aparima New Zealand, having paddled some 2000km for the preceding 67 days from Hobart. This adventure marked the first solo, unassisted, non-stop crossing of the Tasman Sea in a kayak.
Come join Richard as he shares his amazing story from 11:30am on Sunday 29th September at The Bartley Hotel, Bartley Terrace, West Lakes Shore.
Join Richard for lunch after the talk.
The talk is planned for 12 noon to 1.00pm with time for questions thereafter.
Lunch is from 1.30pm. We would ask all those opting for lunch to order between 11:30am and 12 noon so that Richard's presentation is not interrupted.
