Rice Crispy is a fun quilt that you could get done in one day. It is a perfect project for a beginner or any skill level. Using a colorful 40 strip count jelly roll plus a few extra 2 1/2" strips and 1 ΒΌ yard of contrasting or complimentary fabric makes this great lap quilt or reading quilt sized up to 60x70.
