The Ribs R&B Music Festival Weekend August 11,12,13 2023 . Gates open at 11:30 am to Midnight all 3 days. FREE Friday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, FREE Saturday & Sunday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm only $15.00 after KIDS FREE UNDER 12 ALL WEEKEND. The best BBQ vendors from around the nation are coming to Detroit @ Hart Plaza on the riverfront. Serving the best BBQ to grill lamp chops , fish & shrimps , vegan , seafood stir fry and more. Over 100 vendors from sundresses to glow lights for kids something for whole family. Don't miss world class entertainment on two stages over 40 acts. Our main stage will feature our festival headliners, main stage opens at 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm ! On our second stage Paradise Valley-360 Gospel & Soul Jazz Explosion! which opens on Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 11:30 pm . Gospel stage opens from 12 noon to 5:00 pm - Soul & Jazz stage from 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm. On Friday starting at 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm we open our Paradise Valley - 360 DJ lounge starring DJ Charles Hicks , DJ Hi-Lite , DJ Base all 3 days. On Friday August 11 join the backyard BBQ at HART PLAZA as we celebrate 50 years of HIP HOP with a special HIP HOP guest!
