Haines City Parks & Recreation and Miracle Toyota present Ribs and Thunder on the Ridge. For 2021 only, we are combining both events into one gigantic weekend of food, fun, and fireworks.
Join us Saturday, July 3, from 10AM-7PM for the 13th Annual Ribs on the Ridge BBQ Competition, and on Sunday, July 4, from 3PM-9:30PM for BBQ, beer, vendors, and live entertainment, followed by Polk County's Premier Fireworks display at 9:15PM.
