Please join us for a Ribbon Cutting to start off this year's Mayfaire by-the-Lake!
We will cut the ribbon for Mayfair on the library lawn and also for the Kids Zone tent nearby on Chiles St.
Mayfaire by-the-Lake is a fine arts festival held on the shores of Lake Morton. Mayfaire began as a small craft show on the Library Lawn and has grown into one of the most prestigious, fun-filled outdoor fine arts festivals in Florida. The event is held on Mother's Day weekend. We have artists, food vendors, and children's activities for all abilities. More than 15,000 visitors enjoy the works of approximately 150 artists in this juried competition. $17,000 in awards are presented to artists each year. The Polk Museum of Art is proud to have you share in this long-standing Lakeland tradition.
