Join us in the celebration of Sauvage! "Firstly, the name Sauvage is a French term meaning “wild” or “natural”. Often used in the wine industry speaking of an animalistic characteristic found in the wine or referring to spontaneous fermentation with wild indigenous yeast. This word makes me feel free, it lends to the ability to let myself create without the noise of what the outside world deems as acceptable or normal. It makes me feel primal, like I need to get back to what’s natural, be connected to the earth, & lean on resources that showcase mother Gaia."
