The Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Bailey’s Photography and YOU are invited! 💛

Although we’ve already been in our newer location for a little while, we are just now getting the chance to celebrate with an official ribbon cutting — and we’d love for you to join us! 🎀
