The Ribbon-cutting begins at 10am! Our new 29,000-square-foot facility on 5.3 acres represents a major expansion of our ability to provide integrated, culturally grounded care. This state-of-the-art center brings together medical, behavioral, and community health services under one roof, alongside outdoor spaces that honor Native American traditions. It also features a new onsite Ph*rm*cy with a dedicated drive-up window to streamline care for our community.
