Greta is passionate about supporting small-boat fishermen and providing the community with responsibly sourced, sustainable seafood. Her business, Little Fish Seafood Market, offers not only the finest, traceable seafood but also a commercial processing kitchen to help local fishermen add value to their catches. Her mission is to create opportunities for fair earnings while educating the community about ocean health and sustainability.
The kitchen will provide local fisheries and food entrepreneurs with the resources they need to grow and thrive. This is a big step forward for our community, supporting small businesses and boosting our local economy.
