Bia’s StoryWelcome to Bia Strength Collective—a space built by women, for women, where strength goes beyond just lifting weights.
I’m Ashley, owner and operator of Bia Strength Collective. I founded this studio with one mission: to empower women through strength training and create a community where they feel strong, confident, and supported.
The name Bia comes from the Greek goddess of force and power—an embodiment of the strength that exists in every woman. I wanted to build more than just a gym; I wanted to create a space where women could challenge themselves, lift each other up, and redefine what strength means in their own lives.
At Bia Strength Collective, we focus on strength, wellness, and community. Whether you’re here for group training, personal coaching, or just the energy of like-minded women, this space is yours to grow, push your limits, and discover your full potential.
