RIBA South West Small Practice Network: Cornwall co-working and CPD day
About this Event
Join us for a day of collaboration, networking, and productivity at The Ladder, a fantastic new space in Redruth with fellow architects who are also running their own small or sole practice.
The aim of the day is to take a break from working in isolation, find inspiration by changing your environment, meet new people and maybe even work through some current challenges over a coffee.
Part of the day will include some CPD. In the morning there will be a talk and tour of The Ladder with Claire Newman who helped bring the building back to life with founders Felix Mortimer and Joshua Nawras.
After lunch, Vicki Carpenter and Helen Martin from Access Cornwall will join us to talk about key considerations when designing for Neurodiversity.
Lunch and refreshements will be provided by RIBA and co-working space will be available to use flexibly throughout the day. You can sit with others or have some quiet time to get some tasks done. You'll also be able to meet your RIBA Regional Engagement Partner for the Southwest, Nathalie Morton.
Your ticket includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
