Rhythms Retreat: Silence, Solitude, and Stillness

Our Rhythms Retreats will take you on a journey to explore spiritual practices that cultivate intimacy with Christ, nurture your soul, and transform your life. Each retreat includes: teaching, discussion and practice of a particular spiritual discipline. This retreat is open to the public - all are welcome to attend (men & women of all ages).

Silence, Solitude, and Stillness are essential for forming the “vessel” where many of the other rhythms we will explore this year are placed. Creating space for God necessitates a drawing away from people, busyness, and noise to cultivate a place for listening and enjoying God’s presence. As we grow in this capacity we are better enabled to retain this peace and stillness even amid our noisy and busy lives.
