Come together with fellow survivors, caregivers, and friends for an afternoon of connection, calm, and community. Attend all of the sessions, or drop in and out at your leisure.
Experience the grounding power of a drum circle led by Andrew Ecker of Drumming Sounds, followed by lunch and time to socialize. Then join us for a wellness session and guided meditation designed to restore balance and peace.
This in-person fall gathering is a chance to relax, reflect, and celebrate resilience in every beat.
