Immerse yourself in exploring the senses and syncing with nature's rhythms, fostering a deep connection with the environment. The cost includes $10 worth of apples (with the option to purchase additional produce), exclusive access to Douglas Farm on Sauvie Island, insightful education from Meagan about our local food system, and a class + sound bath suitable for all experience levels.

Immerse yourself in the serene environment of the orchards with a guided movement and breathwork session. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of fresh appples, grow alongside the apples with movements and breath inspired by the soothing rhythms of nature.

Sound Bath

Close your eyes and let the symphony of nature envelop you. The gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze, the distant chirping of birds blending harmoniously with the soft hum of bees making their way around from flower to flower. As you settle into this natural sanctuary, the rhythmic swaying of branches becomes a percussion in the orchestra of orchard sounds. Under the gentle guidance of facilitators Antha and Diane, feel tension melt away with each resonant note, as they skillfully integrate the orchard's serene ambiance to renew your inner harmony and deepen your connection with the earth.
