Step into the new year with clarity, connection, and embodied intention. Rhythms of Intention is a soul-centered yoga workshop designed to awaken your inner compass and attune you to the heartbeat of the Earth.
Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and intention-setting rituals, you’ll clarify what truly matters and plant seeds for the year ahead. Then, in a vibrant drum circle, we’ll move from thought to feeling — letting rhythm carry your intention deep into the body and beyond.
This is more than a workshop. It’s a ceremonial reset. A chance to listen inward, align with your values, and feel the pulse of possibility.
