In honor of Women’s History Month, Rhythms of Her is an intimate gathering to honor the divine feminine in harmony with all that exists within and around us. This space is for those who seek to embody both strength and softness, power and surrender, creation and stillness.

Through hip-opening yoga guided by Imoni and Bethany, we will gently unravel the emotions our bodies have been holding, awakening the sacral chakra, the center of creativity, sensuality, and flow. A sound bath will follow, guiding us into deep connection with ourselves.

We will close with open discussion and guided journaling, exploring what it means to move through the world while balancing our divine feminine with our masculine energy.

We will also be collecting donations for My Sister’s Keeper, a local nonprofit that provides a safe and supportive space for women in transition. If you have gently worn clothes, toiletries, or other essentials you’ve been meaning to donate, bring them with you, we’ll make sure they go to those who need them. 🫂💜
