Rhythmic Reflections was created to give people somewhere to put the emotions we often hold in—through music, movement, sound, and storytelling.

Throughout the evening you’ll experience:

• Artists sharing the deeper stories behind their music
• Sound healing to help center and ground the room
• Moments of movement and reflection
• Local vendors and community connection
• A safe space to release, reflect, and reconnect
