Join us for a special Lunar New Year 30-minutes self-care session. After a deep exhale and release from the holiday season and end of year, this is a time to come together, invite presence, practice creativity, and engage in self-care in community.

In this quick 30-minute gently interactive workshop, we will invite you to:

• Pause, breathe, and engage in practices to help you to be grounded and centered
• Practice creative approaches
• Engage and connect mindfully to access our collective wisdom

This experiential workshop will include time for reflective learning as well as opportunity for practicing creativity and connection.
