Rhythm of the Philippines - A Celebration of Philippine Culture.

"Rhythm of the Philippines," a cultural presentation to commemorate the 126th Anniversary of Philippine Independence.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 8th, 2024, at Bowman Hall, located at 35 Campbell Street, Blacktown.

The flag raising will commence at 10:00 am, followed by the show from 10:20 pm to 12:00 pm, with doors opening at 10:20 pm and a Cultural Exhibition opening at Max Webber Library.

This special occasion is being organized in collaboration with the Blacktown City Council's Sister Cities Committee and members of the Filipino community.

The show will feature Filipino community performers, including Sonata Singers, Students from Plumpton High School, the Blacktown City Community Band, and singer Rie Manaloto.
Light refreshments will be provided after the show.
