As the river of movement for us begins to flow we here at Rhythm and Flow are going to hold that space and bring back the Rhythm going one Saturday a month @ R.A.M.
Let our heartbeats join in polyrhythmic synchronicities for all to soak in and share as we kick off our shoes and tap into the healing nature of music & dance, co~creating the communal experience of Rhythm & Flow combining all our individual expressions to create the collective songs of the evening~
