All are welcome to join us as we recharge and unplug for a night of rhythm in the forest. Meet at Forest Park Nature Center in Peoria Heights, IL.Hand drumming has been proven to reduce stress and boost the immune system!
Bring a drum or percussion instrument, your willingness to experiment and create in-the-moment music!
*Extra drums are available so give it a try even if you've never played an instrument!
We will be inside the nature center. Chairs are provided. Restrooms available.
