About the #30SoftChallenge Campaign
The 30 Soft Challenge is your invitation to stop putting ourselves at the bottom of the list. For 30 days, we're choosing one intentional act of self-care each day — creating space to listen to what we need and practice making self-care a part of our everyday lives. There are no 5 AM wake-ups, rigid routines or rules to follow. Rest. Move your body. Call someone you love. Set a boundary. Journal. Go outside. Make something. Say no. Do absolutely nothing. You define what self-care looks like for you. While Soft Girl Soft Life centers women in our broader community and programming, the 30 Soft Challenge is open to everyone because we believe everyone deserves space to slow down, care for themselves, and choose softness.
Dates: September 1–30, 2026
The practice: One intentional act of self-care each day of September
