The Rhythm Cradle is unlike any sound bath you have experienced. It is a community focused, participant-powered, facilitator-guided therapeutic sound experience that nurtures and builds trust, healing, and collective well-being. Participants often say they feel deeply grounded and supported, often described as being held, much like a mother’s lullaby holding a child.
Rooted in awareness and community presence, this experience invites participants to create an intuitive healing soundscape together. Using easy-to-play carefully selected therapeutic instruments—such as drums, chimes, bells, and ambient percussion, participants generate a gentle, heartbeat-like rhythm layered with soothing sounds.
Through rhythm, vibration, and deep listening, the group is guided to co-creates a space of unconditional care, safety, and belonging. This process emphasizes both giving and receiving, fostering reciprocity, communication, and intuitive expression.
How It Works
Participants rotate through three essential and interconnected roles:
Players – actively create the soundscape using therapeutic instruments
Receivers – rest, listen, and receive the healing vibrations
Supporters – hold the energetic container, offering presence and care
Participants often report feeling:
- Grounded, supported and deeply held
- Open-hearted and emotionally connected
- More attuned to themselves and others
- A shared sense of accomplishment and collective harmony
The Rhythm Cradle reminds us that through our shared intention, we are the medicine and inspires us to remember that healing arises through connection, presence, and our gifts combined.
Instruments will be provided or you can bring favourites of your own.
