Rhythm & Movement for Iran

This donation-based Rhythm & Movement for Iran workshop is a community gathering where we come together through music, rhythm activities, and gentle guided movement to share space, express feelings, and support one another during a difficult time.

The purpose of this workshop is to create a safe and meaningful environment for connection, reflection, and solidarity while raising funds for civilians affected by the war in Iran, as well as protesters whose lives are at risk due to arrest and repression. All donations collected during this workshop will go toward supporting these individuals and communities.

During the session, participants will explore rhythm through simple musical activities and engage in accessible movement exercises suitable for all levels. No prior experience is needed.
