Info: Led by Deanna (Pulse with Deanna) Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience to help release stress, reconnect to the body, and move freely in community. We begin with grounding warm-up stretches and close with cool-down integration. This is a no talking, phone-free space to be fully present with yourself, the music, and the moment.
