Rhythm & Flow Art: Performative Movement Classes (Third Ward Location)

Performative Flow offers a unique opportunity to express creatively, heal the mind, body and spirit, and connect to one's inner power. By integrating Animal Flow movements and other movement disciplines, we create flow artistry - the expansion of one's potential in motion. By accessing dormant spaces within and activating remembrance, practitioners experience stronger bodies and an awakening of their being.

Accompanied by afrobeats and other rhythms, these classes allow participants to express creatively and tap into their inner creative.

Classes are offered weekly on Saturdays, for one hour, 10:30 AM - 11:30 PM.

Each class ends with a choreographed group performance.

Wear comfortable clothes for moving. There will be lots of sweating so be sure to dress accordingly, however feel free to show up in the best way to represent you.

While yoga mats are not required for this practice, as it requires an expansion of space and large range of movement, they are welcomed and may be useful for beginners.

What to bring:

• Towel,
• Yoga mat, though not necessary
• water and
• an amazingly positive CAN DO attitude!
