Ymunwch â ni ym mis Rhagfyr ar gyfer dathliad Nadoligaidd arbennig i fusnesau hunangyflogedig ledled Sir Gâr.

Rydym yn dod â phobl hunangyflogedig ynghyd o bob cwr o Sir Gâr i fwynhau cinio Nadolig tri chwrs, gwneud cysylltiadau newydd, ac i ddathlu diwedd y flwyddyn.

Bydd y prynhawn yn dechrau gyda sgwrs ysbrydoledig fer gan Steve Robertson, sylfaenydd Empathy Works Leadership Consultancy. Gyda dros 35 mlynedd o brofiad arwain – gan gynnwys ei gyfnod fel Llywodraethwr Carchar. Mae Steve yn tynnu ar ei addysg yng Nghaergrawnt a’i ymrwymiad gydol oes i arweinyddiaeth dosturiol a dynolgar. Mae ei waith yn canolbwyntio ar greu gweithleoedd mwy diogel, iachach a mwy dynol ledled Cymru a thu hwnt.

Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn cael ei ariannu’n llawn drwy Gronfa Ffyniant Gyffredin y DU, ac felly’n rhad ac am ddim i’w fynychu – ond mae’r lleoedd yn gyfyngedig. Gall pob busnes gofrestru hyd at ddau berson. Bydd blaenoriaeth yn cael ei roi I drioglion o Sir Gâr, ond fe wnewn ystyried rhai sydd ar y ffiniau.

Byddwn mewn cysylltiad yng nghanol Tachwedd i gasglu eich dewisiadau bwydlen.

🎄 Carmarthenshire Self-Employed Christmas Lunch 🎄

Join us this December for a festive celebration dedicated to Carmarthenshire’s self-employed businesses.

📅 Date: Friday 12th December 2025
📍 Venue: Ivy Bush Royal Hotel, Carmarthen
🕛 Arrival: 12:00pm

We’re bringing together self-employed people from across Carmarthenshire to enjoy a three-course Christmas lunch, connect with others, and take time out to celebrate the year.

The afternoon will begin with a short, inspiring talk from Steve Robertson, founder of Empathy Works Leadership Consultancy. With over 35 years of leadership experience, including his time as a Pr*son Governor. Steve draws on his Cambridge education and lifelong commitment to compassionate, humanitarian leadership. His work focuses on creating safer, healthier, and more human workplaces across Wales and beyond.

This event is fully funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and is free to attend , but places are limited. Each business may register a maximum of two attendees. Spaces are prioritised for businesses based in Carmarthenshire, but we do have a limited number of spaces available for those outside the county. Businesses located on the border will also be considered.

We’ll be in touch in mid-November to collect your menu choices..
