About this Event

Join us for a new workshop exploring soparphic plants associated with sleeping and dreaming.

We are excited to welcome back aromatherapist Tanya Moulding for a new workshop exploring plants associated with dreamstate.

Through guided scent exploration you will discover the fragrant herbs and flowers used by herbalists to encourage sweet dreams and relaxation, such as chamomile, mugwort, lavendar and hops.

Blending together herbs, a drop of essential oil and a small written intention, create a bespoke pillow sachet to take home.

All materials will be provided. RHS membership not required. Spaces on this workshop are limited, and tickets must be purchased in advance of the event.
